Project Agreements
All projects require a formal written agreement. Work begins after agreement signing and advance payment. Payment follows project milestones as specified in agreements. Clients must provide accurate information, obtain legal clearances, grant site access, and make timely payments.
Warranties
We warrant we hold necessary licenses, use quality materials, and comply with building codes. Warranty periods are specified in project agreements (typically 2-10 years for structural work). Warranties don’t cover misuse, neglect, or natural disasters.
Liability Limitations
Our services are provided “as is.” Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. We’re not liable for indirect damages, business interruption, government delays, or force majeure events. Nothing limits liability for death, injury, fraud, or gross negligence.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify RMJ Constructions from claims arising from your use of services, violation of Terms, or failure to obtain necessary clearances.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes go to arbitration in Trichy, Tamil Nadu under the Arbitration Act 1996. These Terms are governed by Indian laws.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
